The PC is chaired by the Spokesperson and comprises members of the Executive Board (EB); the chairs of the Technical Committee, Theory and Analysis Committee (TAC), and Collaboration Council; the Data Manager; the Project Manager; and the Level 2 (L2) leads of the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
